General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the interior architecture consulting, space planning, 3D visualization and custom joinery services offered by ZAO TRAME to its clients, whether individuals or professionals.

Every service is the subject of a detailed, free quote valid for 30 days from its issue date. An order is considered firm upon receipt of the signed quote, together with the deposit provided for in Article 3.

Prices are quoted in euros, excluding tax, and specified in the quote. Unless otherwise agreed, a 30% deposit is required upon ordering, with the balance paid according to a schedule defined by mission phase (design, 3D visualization, site follow-up).

Stated timelines are indicative and run from receipt of the deposit and the elements required to carry out the mission (plans, measurements, site access). A reasonable delay shall not give rise to any penalty, unless expressly stipulated in the contract.

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, individual clients have a period of 14 days from the signing of the quote to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the service began with their express consent before this period expires.

Plans, models and 3D visuals produced by ZAO TRAME remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment of the service has been received. Once the balance is paid, the client is granted a private right of use of the deliverables for the purposes of the relevant project, excluding any commercial exploitation without prior written consent.

ZAO TRAME undertakes to carry out its mission with diligence and in accordance with best practice. The studio's liability cannot be engaged in the event of project modification by a third party, non-compliance with technical recommendations, or force majeure.

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city to complete].
